Golf Dynamic Warmup

Do you warm-up before your round of golf? Most of my golfers say they take a few practice swings and head to the course. Well, that is not a dynamic warmup. The next time you hit the course or range, ditch your old-fashioned stretches, if you even do any, and perform a warm-up routine comprised of dynamic movements. A dynamic warm-up is a series of movements that will prepare your body for the demands of golf by opening up your hips, shoulders and trunk so you can swing effortlessly, enhance your performance, and will help minimize injury.
Here is a dynamic warm-up routine to perform before your next round or practice session. They are easy to do right on the course and won't stain your khakis! You’ll feel looser, stronger, and more ready to play.
