Dynamic Warm-up for Runners
Attention runners! Do you stretch before you run? Most of you get outside or hit the treadmill, maybe you walk a few minutes, then start running. If this is you, you are missing a crucial step before you run...a dynamic warm-up. I have put together a pre-run dynamic warm-up routine that is so simple and easy. Dynamic stretching before running will help prepare your body to run, enhance flexibility and joint mobility, minimize muscle cramps, may help prevent injury, and it just feels good. So, before you hit the road or the treadmill, perform the following dynamic movements.
